Who we are
Unique Domcare Limited is a CQC-registered domiciliary care agency based at Suite 204, Kirkham House, 5 Whiffler Road, Norwich, NR3 2AG. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
- Enquiry details: name, phone number, email address, and information about the care you're enquiring about, submitted via our contact form.
- Job applicant details: name, contact details, and care experience, submitted via our careers form.
- Care record data for clients we support: care plans, visit notes, health information, and next-of-kin contacts, collected as part of delivering care.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess job applications, arrange and deliver care safely, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those set by the Care Quality Commission.
How we protect it
Personal and care data is stored on access-controlled systems, shared only with those directly involved in a person's care, and never sold or used for marketing without explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and application data is kept only as long as needed to respond, generally no longer than 12 months. Client care records are retained in line with CQC and statutory requirements for health and social care records.
