Dementia care

Calm, patient support that follows routines your loved one already trusts. Our carers are trained in dementia awareness, helping reduce confusion and ease anxious moments throughout the day.

Mobility & wellbeing support

Help with moving safely around the home, transfers, and light exercise — reducing fall risk while supporting as much independence as possible.

Continuity, hour by hour

A day of care, start to finish

The same small team, visiting at the times that matter — not a rotating cast of strangers.

7:30am

Morning visit

Wake, wash, dress and breakfast — at a pace that's theirs, not the clock's.

12:30pm

Midday visit

Lunch, medication prompts, and a proper conversation, not a rushed check-in.

6:00pm

Evening visit

Dinner, settling in, and a handover note so tomorrow's carer picks up exactly where today left off.
